Sweta Nayak

Legal Specialist

Sweta Nayak is a Legal Specialist supporting both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes. She began her legal career immediately after graduating from St. Francis College, and in her current role, Sweta assists with the preparation and organization of employment-based and family-based visa petitions, working on matters involving H-1B, E-2, L-1, TN, O-1, and other nonimmigrant categories. 

Sweta is responsible for preparing and assembling legal documents, conducting preliminary legal research, maintaining and organizing client files, and ensuring clear and timely communication with attorneys and all team members throughout the petition preparation process. Sweta supports attorneys with case preparation and helps manage the workflow across multiple visa types.
