Your Goals Shape Our Direction

Women-led, global mobility partners delivering comprehensive growth strategies for our clients

We are three Immigration attorneys, Sharadha Kodem, Heidi Son, and Shirley Tang, who met while volunteering for the Executive Committee of the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). We became fast friends and formed Kodem Son Tang Law Group that reflects our shared ideology and commitment to provide creative and comprehensive solutions for all our clients. We are dedicated to serving clients as a trusted single source on all matters related to business and employment-based immigration.
